Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally in protective, carefully packed parcels. Delivery times and duties vary by destination.
What is your return policy?
Yes. We welcome returns within 14 days, provided the piece is unused and returned in its original condition.
How should I care for teaware?
Rinse with warm water only and let your teaware air-dry fully. Avoid soap, dishwashers, and sudden temperature changes.
Will sold-out pieces return?
